SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer free Expedited shipping for Canadian orders of 125$CAD or more. It may take 1 to 7 days for your order to arrive dependent on your location. We are located in Quebec so most of Ontario and Quebec will receive orders in two business days or less. We try to ship the same day orders are received. For our American neighbours we offer free Expedited Parcel – USA on orders over 175$CAD. It may take 4 to 7 business days. We only offer shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.
If you are from anywhere other than Canada or the USA (48 contiguous) and you would like to put your hands on our products, please contact us and we will advise promptly if shipping can be arranged.
Return & Exchange Policy
"Special Orders" will be manufactured especially for your business and these items can not be returned unless they are found to be defective (we test everything after manufacturing so most everything 99.99% we ship fonctions great however like anything errors do occur).
For your convenience you can return orders by mail within 14 days after receiving. Contact our Customer Service Department by e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org and mentions what needs to be returned, your order number, and the reason for the return, we will provided you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and prepaid postage (Canada Only as we can not buy postage from USA) if we are responsible for the return (wrong item delivered or defective item). Once you have your RMA number, send your purchase back to us at: DPS technologies, RMA #____, E-Commerce Returns, 5079 Saint-Georges Street, Rawdon, Quebec, Canada, J0K 1S0. Note: Your RMA number is valid for 14 days from issuance and must be displayed clearly on the outside of the box or your refund could be significantly delayed or refused. We will make every effort to process your return quickly, and you will be notified via e-mail upon the completion of your refund or replacement.
DPS technologies will not pay or refund any shipping charges, unless we made an error in order processing, or we have determined that a product is defective. DPS technologies is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return via insured parcel post or courier.
